一、学费
一年制的研究生课程分为授课式和研究式，不同的专业收费各不相同，按课程分，授课式的留学费用比研究式的留学费用要低，按专业划分，文科类的专业收费比理科类的专业低，医学和商学等专业收费较高，艺术留学生的费用也高。 授课式研究生一般的教学模式是听课、完成课题作业、提交毕业论文、答辩毕业。通常文科类的专业一年费用在8-13万元人民币，理科类的专业在10-15万元人民币，商学和医学类的专业在20-30万元人民币，艺术专业在18-25万元人民币，不同的需求和发展方向留学的费用各不相同。

二、生活费
1.住宿
留学生活的开支中，住宿的费用是占比例最多的，而且影响这项费用的有很多个方面。
1.1学校宿舍
这是最方便的住宿方式，只要提前跟学校申请，到达后就可以直接入住，并且设施一应俱全。英国的宿舍基本是2-3人间，每个人都有独立的床、书桌和衣柜，并且宿舍的空间大，有独立的洗手间，空调、洗衣机等电器齐全。通常这种配置的宿舍，一学期的收费在3500-6000英镑。上学方便，也有利同学之间（学校会刻意安排不同国籍学生）的感情培养。能够较快速的融入当地的学习和生活。
1.2校外租房
在校外租房，很多方面都非常自由，不管是生活作息还是经济方面，申请者可以挑选不同程度装修、不同大小面积和不同价位的房子，可以选择独住、合租、多人一起住，还可以做饭，没有规定的熄灯和断网时间等。一般学校附近最受欢迎的就是单间和一室一厅、两室一厅这种户型的房子，基本上在120磅/周左右（市中心约200磅/周，郊区约100磅/周），随自己的需求和爱好选择。这种公寓容易国籍扎堆儿，谁都不想跳出“舒适全”，外国学生也不例外。
1.3寄宿家庭
一般选择寄宿家庭的都是年纪比较小的留学生，但是也不缺研究生。这种方式比较安全，也能得到很好的照顾，就想家长陪读一样，不需要花费额外的心思去经营自己的生活，只需要管好学习即可。不同的学校不同城市的寄宿家庭收费各不相同，一般在600-1000英镑波动。
2.餐饮
这是每天都看得见的一笔支出，英国的食品原材料物价并不太高，但是加上人工和服务费用就非常高。均价跟国内一线城市倒是没差很多，比较有差异的便是：肉、蛋、奶类相对国内便宜，蔬菜、水果反倒贵一点，有机食品都是double价格；平均一天的饮食费用在30-40英镑，如果自己做的话可以控制在20英镑以下，还能吃的又健康又饱。 　　如果不能够自己做，最省钱的方法就是去吃食堂，英国有很多学校的食堂美食多并且便宜，选择学校的时候可以参考一下。
3.其他费用
比如说水电费、燃气费、交通网费购物等，日集月累，一个月也需要支付几十甚至百来英镑，其他的例如洗护用品等生活消耗品也需要不少的费用。小编要在这里敲黑板了，喜欢购物的女生可能得稍微注意下，同品牌相对国内会便宜，但是并没有特别便宜的，在国内50RMB能买一件短T，在伦敦基本买不到，每周也会有集市，很多韩国日本的小商贩会去摆摊，或许可以淘到一点价廉物美的衣物。

牛津大学研究生留学费用：文科：11205英镑/年；理科：12810英镑/年；临床医学：23475英镑/年等;
剑桥大学研究生留学费用：人文：9327英镑/年；工程和科学：12219英镑/年；临床实习：22614英镑/年；学生需付3300-4400英镑的学院费等；
华威大学研究生留学费用：10250-16950英镑/年等;

四、工作收入
持有学生签证的学生，每周可以有不多于20小时的工作时间，如果是在假期，可以做全职工作。每周不超过20小时，最低收入在6-7磅/小时，所以基本上一周能有100多磅的收入；但是由于英国大学教学严谨，学习任务也很繁重，学生打工一般只能是作为锻炼英语，了解文化的一个补充，实际上不能完全解决生活费用的问题。总的来看，相比其它国家的留学费用，如美国，澳洲，英国留学费用不算高，尤其英国汇率的下降，英国留学费用总体下降了三分之一左右。另外，英国大学课程学制短（硕士课程），也可以大幅度地节省留学费用的支出。一般申请硕士学位，一年的生活费加上学费大概会在25~30万。如果是申请本科的学生一年的留学费用大概在30万左右；如果是申请初高中的学生，一年的留学费用大概在25~40万不等，具体的需要看学校的学费以及住宿费等费用。
